About Mrs. Rosenthal
Mrs. Rosenthal, a former graduate of Carl Sandburg Middle School and Old Bridge High School, is excited about starting another year at Sandburg. She graduated from Kutztown University in PA with a degree in English and Education. After graduating she taught for 2 years at a Performing Arts High School. There she taught English and Creative Writing. Though she loved the experience she missed hom and decided to move back to the Old Bridge area and teach at her alma mater.
Mrs. Rosenthal loves writing with a passion. She also enjoys painting, movies, hiking, and just life in general. Her dog Murray is a therapy dog and so she enjoys visiting schools and nursing homes with him. She loves to travel and has been to Spain, Netherlands, and England. She looks forward to more travels and learning more about the world and other cultures. She hopes to one day travel to Peru and Iceland; two very different places.
Mrs. Rosenthal enjoys nothing more than to be in the classroom. Whether she is the student or the teacher, she sees the classroom as one of the most inspiring places. She finds teaching to be very fulfilling and could not imagine doing anything else.
